📍 Location: Mumbai – Masjid Bunder

🕒 Experience: 3 Years

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

🧑‍💼 Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Sales Coordinator to join our team at our Mumbai office (Masjid Bunder). The ideal candidate will handle sales coordination, client communication, quotation management, and follow-ups, playing a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth order processing.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming sales enquiries via phone and email

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service information

Prepare and send quotations to clients

Conduct follow-ups on quotations and convert enquiries into sales

Coordinate with internal departments (sales, dispatch, accounts) to ensure smooth execution of orders

Maintain and update sales records and databases

Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner

Prepare basic sales reports in Excel

💡 Required Skills:

Proficient in MS Excel and Email communication

Good telephone etiquette and communication skills (spoken and written)

Strong follow-up and coordination skills

Attention to detail and customer-focused approach

Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently

✅ Candidate Profile:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator or Sales Support role

Fluent in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus)

Familiar with basic office tools (Excel, Email, etc.)

Residing in or willing to travel to Masjid Bunder, Mumbai
