Sales Coordinator
1. Submit the offers to customers and keep the pipeline record update.
2. Follow up with the customers for the quote receipt and update regularly the case status.
3. Collect the daily visit report of sales person daily basis.
4. Send the DVR what’s app report every day.
5. Coordinate with service team and operation team for the demo machine dispatch.
6. Coordinate with accounts team, service team and operation team for the sale machine delivery.
7. Coordinate with accounts team & service team to collect the reports periodicaly.
8. Maintain and update the datas in CRM (Salesforce).
9. Machine orders and asset maintenance in DBMS software.
10. Prepare and consolidate the sales reports weekly, monthly.
