JOB DESCRIPTION:
.Customer Relationship Management: Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and
chat. Ensure timely and professional communication with both prospective and existing clients.
• Sales Coordination: Assist the sales team in tracking and processing orders, preparing sales quotes, and
maintaining up-to-date sales records.
• Post-Sales Support: Manage customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction with
timely resolutions.
• Client Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and offer support with
product usage or additional purchases.
