We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in daily operations. The role involves coordinating with clients, preparing sales reports, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team, customers, and internal departments.
Support the sales team in managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
Handle client queries and ensure timely follow-ups.
Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Coordinate with internal departments (operations, accounts, logistics, etc.) to ensure order processing and delivery.
Maintain and update customer databases, CRM, and sales reports.
Track sales performance, targets, and prepare periodic reports for management.
Manage correspondence with clients (emails, calls, letters, etc.).
Provide after-sales support when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in sales operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
Experience in handling customer communication and documentation.
Attention to detail with problem-solving attitude.
Ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
