Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client communications and follow-ups.
• Utilize sales management software (CRM systems) to manage customer interactions, track leads, update sales data, and generate reports. Ensure the sales database is accurate and up to date.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Address any concerns or issues that arise post-sale, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain and update CRM records.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and documents (MS Office & Google Workspace).
• Prepare invoice proforma and tax invoices accurately and timely.
• Assist sales team in tracking targets and performance.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and sales documentation.
