Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving targets and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in coordinating sales activities, managing client communication, and ensuring smooth order processing.
Role & responsibilities:
Coordinate and support the sales team in day-to-day operations.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and order confirmations.
Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, accounts, production) for order fulfillment.
Follow up with clients on payments, deliveries, and after-sales support.
Maintain excellent relationships with existing and potential customers.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree Preferred( Business Administration, Marketing, or related field).
Minimum 2 years experience in sales coordination or related field.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Knowledge of CRM software will be an added advantage.
