· Lead Generation, Data Extraction, and Quotation preparation.
· Attend sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and products.
· Become experts on company product sales offerings
· Stay up-to-date with new products and feature
· Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
· Collaborate with senior sales team in weekly and daily meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports.
· Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
· Preparation of quotations guiding coordinator for product price and filling Form A.
· Helping the Coordinators to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments.
· Exhibition preparations, presentation.
· Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
· Handling orders by phone, email, or checking Quotations.
· Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are delivered on time.
· Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
· Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare daily reports (DAR), and provide financial information regarding sales to the finance/Accounts department.
· Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
· Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.
· Ensuring reports that are required by Sales Manager.
· Resolving Coordinators issues and quires.
· Vendor Registration process.
· Client/payment follow & Negotiation process.
· Arranging Meeting with Clients for Sales Executive & Follow up of all sales executive in multiple region.
· Purchase Order Rectification if required, Inspection of the PO after that process of approval. Requisition form & form A preparation.
