We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our pharmaceutical sales team. The role involves coordinating sales operations, managing documentation, handling communication between field sales staff and internal departments, and ensuring efficient back-end support to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with field sales representatives, distributors, and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and product dispatch.
Manage sales data, prepare MIS reports, and track sales targets and performance.
Maintain and update customer databases, stock status, and order records.
Handle customer queries related to product availability, delivery schedules, and invoicing.
Support the sales team in organizing marketing activities like CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), product launches, and promotional campaigns.
Process sales-related documents such as quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
Follow up on payments with clients or distributors and coordinate with the accounts team.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for timely replenishment.
