Job Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in preparing technical and commercial proposals for automation products and solutions.

Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and manage follow-ups to ensure timely responses.

Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, service, and logistics) for smooth order execution.

Maintain sales records, databases, and reports for regular management review.

Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients.

Support marketing efforts such as product presentations, exhibitions, and seminars.

Ensure effective communication between customers and internal technical/sales teams.

Required Skills:

Technical knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, and VFD (Mandatory)

1–3 years of experience in automation sales/coordination preferred

Freshers with strong technical knowledge are also welcome

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Strong customer service orientation and coordination skills
