Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Handle product selection using appropriate software tools for Pumps, Expansion Tanks, and Valves.

2. Prepare and present proposals as per the technical specifications and project requirements for Pumps (Armstrong) and related products.

3. Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing enquiries using Excel or internal tools.

4. Draft and manage RFQs (Request for Quotations) and ensure technical & commercial compliance.

5. Provide end-to-end support for the sales process, from enquiry to order fulfilment.

6. Engage with customers for follow-ups, technical clarifications, and order status updates to ensure excellent service levels.
