Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure the seamless execution of daily sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing email communications, billing processes, client interactions, and handling orders from online sales platforms. This position plays a key role in maintaining smooth workflow and strong client relationships.
Coordinate with the sales team and clients to manage order processing, quotations, and follow-ups.
Handle daily email correspondence related to sales inquiries and client communication.
Generate and process invoices, delivery challans, and other required sales documentation.
Make follow-up calls to clients for order confirmations, payment updates, and customer service.
Manage and track online orders through platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and the company’s website.
Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for inventory tracking and timely dispatch.
Maintain and update sales records, order sheets, and follow-ups using Excel or ERP systems.
Act as a liaison between internal departments (accounts, logistics, operations) and external customers.
Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution to enhance client satisfaction.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (via email and telephone).
Proficiency in billing and invoicing software, Excel, and ERP tools.
Working knowledge of e-commerce portals and online order management.
Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Preferred: B.Com, BBA, or related fields).
4 to 6 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, preferably in the FMCG sector.
Familiarity with ERP systems and e-commerce order management tools is an added advantage.
