Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team and assist in day-to-day sales operations.
Prepare and send quotations, follow up on leads, and maintain client communication.
Maintain accurate sales and customer records in CRM or spreadsheets.
Draft professional emails and handle written correspondence with clients and partners.
Assist in preparing reports and analyzing sales data to support decision-making.
Schedule meetings, calls, and demos with clients on behalf of the sales team.
Ensure timely processing of orders, dispatches, and after-sales support.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
