Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales and execution teams, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments for solar EPC projects, particularly under the KUSUM-B scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Coordination

• Coordinate with the sales and execution teams for daily updates and activity tracking.

• Assist in aligning sales targets with project execution timelines.

2. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of quotations, work orders, and dealer communications.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities and project/program status.

3. Customer & Dealer Interaction

• Handle customer and dealer inquiries via calls and emails regarding status updates and support.

• Assist dealers in the preparation and submission of relevant documents.

4. Internal Team Coordination

• Work closely with the execution, supply chain, and accounts departments to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

5. Portal/Software Handling

• Operate and update project-specific portals as per KUSUM-B guidelines and other government-mandated systems.

6. Site Monitoring & Progress Reporting

• Monitor site-level details including work progress and government verification reports.

7. Project Execution Support

• Contribute expertise in solar EPC execution and understand the flow of solar pump project implementation.

Key Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Effective multitasking and time management

• Knowledge of solar pump project execution lifecycle

• Proficiency in handling government portals and documentation
