Track and follow up on all leads assigned to telecallers and sales team.
Ensure telecallers are making calls daily and update call status.
Verify if sales executives are actually visiting clients and record visit details.
Maintain daily/weekly reports of team performance.
Follow up with clients if required and ensure proper communication.
Coordinate between sales, telecalling, and management for smooth operations.
Keep management informed about pending leads, completed visits, and follow-up status.
1–3 years of experience in operations, sales coordination, or team follow-up role.
Strong communication and follow-up skills (phone, WhatsApp, email).
Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets, CRM is a plus).
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage multiple tasks.
₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience).
