Sales Coordinator (IndiaMART & Justdial Experience Mandatory)

Job Responsibilities:

Handle and manage leads generated through IndiaMART, Justdial, and other online platforms.
Coordinate with customers and the sales team for lead conversion and order processing.
Follow up with prospective clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Maintain and update customer databases, inquiries, and sales records.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation.
Track lead status and ensure timely response to customer inquiries.
Coordinate with internal departments for order execution and customer support.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator.
Hands-on experience working on IndiaMART and Justdial platforms is mandatory.
Strong communication and customer handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and email communication.
Good follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
