We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our growing electric vehicle business. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing dealer communication, assisting in lead conversion, maintaining CRM data, and ensuring smooth after-sales coordination.
Coordinate daily sales operations and support the field sales team.
Maintain and update dealer/distributor records and manage communications.
Handle sales inquiries via phone, email, and other platforms.
Assist in preparing sales quotes, proforma invoices, and sales agreements.
Track orders, deliveries, and payments; coordinate with production and logistics teams.
Monitor stock levels and forecast requirements in collaboration with the inventory team.
Collect and analyze sales data to prepare reports for management.
Support marketing campaigns, dealer onboarding, and regional sales events.
Ensure timely response to customer and dealer complaints or requests.
Use CRM or ERP systems to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in a sales coordination or support role, preferably in the automotive or EV industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Experience in the electric vehicle or automotive sector.
Understanding of dealer/distributor management systems.
Basic knowledge of vehicle registration and RTO formalities.
