Shall be attend all inquires from the sales Manager/executive, supervisors and the client and make sure that all inquiries are acknowledged and quotations are sent on time.

. Shall be reporting to sales Manager in weekly/ Monthly sales meeting.

. Shall coordinate with the various department for negotiation the freight rats and other charges and making sure that the same is sent to the client on time.

. Shall prepare weekly sales call report on every Friday evening and minutes of meeting on every Monday morning for the meeting held on Saturday.

. Shall rigorously follow up with the sales team to ensure the recovery of payments of all team members with the agreed credit limit by getting support from them with the timely feedback for operation team.

. Shall making the list of all sales leads received from the different department and discuss the feedback for the same in every sales meeting held on Saturday.

. Be honest whatever you do or carryout as a part of discharges of your functions and for moral standard before subordinates staff.

. Work continuously on modifications of systems for reductions in time cycle for preparations of documents to reduce chances of revenue leakages.

. The job is supervisory and confidential in nature calling for initiate and drive.

. You Shall perform jobs which are incidental to or connected with the above functions and which you are capable of handling or being assigned to you from time to time.
