Preparing and sending quotations to the Customers as per their requirement and Processing Purchase Orders

Maintaining the MIS reports of Sales team & technical team.

      Follow-up with the customers regarding the requirement and the pending payments

Coordinate and Ensure to delivery of the material to Customers.

Compiling and Maintaining Database of Clients and Companies.

Arranging appointments for Customers with MD

Preparing Monthly Sales Report and Updating Status of Purchase orders in the  ERP Software

Taking care of the day to day admin activities of the organization

Perform other related duties as required.

Managing Incoming/outgoing couriers and keeping the records on daily basis.

Preparing Service Invoices and Proforma Invoices and submit it to the Customers.
