Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Accounts/Sales Coordinator to support our accounts and sales operations. The ideal candidate should possess basic accounting knowledge, coordination skills, and the ability to handle day-to-day office and customer-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting entries and data maintenance.

• Maintain invoices, bills, receipts, petty cash records, and supporting documents.

• Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding payments and invoice confirmation.

• Assist in preparing GST data, purchase entries, and sales entries for accounting reports.

Sales Coordination Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers regarding orders, quotations, tracking, and delivery status.

• Support the sales team with documentation, follow-ups, and customer communication.

• Maintain sales records, inquiries, quotations, and follow-up reports.

• Assist in preparing sales reports and updating CRM/purchase records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: PUC / Diploma / B.Com preferred.

• Basic knowledge of accounting and Tally/ERP software (preferred).

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in Kannada and English (Hindi optional).

• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).

Eligibility Criteria

• Male candidate only.

• Must have a valid two-wheeler licence and a two-wheeler.

• Must be located in and around Attibele.

• Immediate joiner preferred.
