Sales & Business Development:
Identify potential clients and generate leads through various sources including referrals, cold calling, and networking.
Sell life insurance policies to individuals and corporates as per company guidelines.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Provide after-sales support and ensure timely policy renewals and premium collections.
Act as a single point of contact for clients regarding insurance-related queries and service issues.
Channel Management (if applicable):
Develop and manage relationships with agents, brokers, or bank partners (in bancassurance models).
Train and motivate channel partners to generate business.
Customer Service:
Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
