Job role :

1. Conduct utilization calls to monitor and optimize clients' use of financial facilities in supply chain finance.

2. Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and challenges.

3. Advise clients on best practices for utilizing financial resources and optimizing working capital.

4. Analyze utilization data and client feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

5. Work with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure smooth financial service utilization.

6. Keep accurate records of calls, client interactions, and metrics for tracking and reporting.

7. Contact customers early in payment collection to resolve outstanding invoices promptly.

8. Address payment discrepancies and secure timely payments in collaboration with customers.

9. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and collection efforts.

10. Coordinate with internal teams to improve early bucket collection strategies and financial performance.
