This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹22000 - ₹26000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving sales individually for the company.
- Meet prospective customers in their Offices and our Branches or understand their needs and promote our products/services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Visit offices for Client meetings.
- Maintaining existing customer base.
- Lead provided by the company.
- Close the leads into sales.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6 years of experience.
Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile.
Proficiency in Convincing Skills, Lead Generation is an added advantage.
Age should be 23 years to 40 years.
Local candidates preferred.
