• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for site visits and negotiations.

• 6 months – 3 years of experience in credit card sales, loan sales, or insurance sales preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.

• Knowledge of the Pune real estate market is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Graduates preferred.
