Job Role:- Relationship Manager (RM)/ Rural Relationship Manager (RRM)/ Commercial sales officer (CSO)
Experience:- 6 Months to 6 Years
Location:- Artoni, Kiraoli, Sewla
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
· Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, provide detailed product information, and resolve issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
· Drive vehicle sales by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions, increasing sales of the dealership's vehicles.
· Implement strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, analyzing customer data and feedback to improve retention.
· Work closely with sales, service, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and align efforts to achieve dealership goals.
· Generate new leads through various methods, including customer home or corporate visits and follow-up on potential business opportunities.
· Provide regular reports on client feedback, customer satisfaction levels, and business performance to management.
· Keep clients informed about new products, services, and special offers available at the dealership.
Qualifications & Skills
· Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles is often preferred.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
· Ability to build rapport, demonstrate empathy, and manage conflicts effectively.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and identify solutions.
· A strong sense of customer service and a dedication to providing an excellent customer experience.
· Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a valuable asset.
