Job Summary:
Linquest Global Services Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated Relationship Manager who will be responsible for identifying and sourcing unique and eligible candidates to fulfill our internal hiring requirements, specifically for Delivery Partners in the e-commerce industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong ability to spot potential candidates, ensure seamless coordination with the hiring manager, and meet monthly hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Identify, source, and screen potential candidates for various roles, especially for delivery partner positions in the e-commerce sector.
Coordination with Hiring Manager: Work directly with the hiring manager at Linquest Global Services to understand recruitment needs and to fulfill the bulk hiring requirements.
Bulk Hiring: Manage large-scale recruitment for delivery partners, ensuring timely fulfillment of internal hiring targets set by the hiring manager.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed recruitment targets for the month by ensuring a steady pipeline of candidates and conducting interviews as per the specifications provided by the hiring manager.
Field Recruitment: Actively engage in field-based recruitment activities, including visiting local hubs and other potential candidate pools to attract and recruit eligible individuals.
Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates’ eligibility, skills, and potential for delivery partner roles in leading e-commerce companies, ensuring that only qualified candidates are selected.
Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all necessary documentation for each candidate is in compliance with company standards and internal hiring procedures.
Reporting: Regularly report recruitment progress, challenges, and achievements to the hiring manager at Linquest, providing updates and metrics on hiring success.
Feedback Management: Collect feedback from candidates to continuously improve the recruitment process and ensure satisfaction within the company’s standards.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in field recruitment or Financial sales roles is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.
Strong ability to work under pressure and meet monthly recruitment targets.
Proficient in using various recruitment tools, platforms, and social media for sourcing candidates.
Ability to assess candidates effectively and select the most suitable candidates for delivery partner roles.
Must be a go-getter, proactive, and self-motivated to achieve hiring goals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eligibility Criteria:
Min 1 year experience in field recruitment (preferably in the logistics or e-commerce sectors) or financial any sales.
Other Requirements:
Must be open to travel within designated locations and have a smartphone with an active internet connection.
