Identify and acquire new clients for home loan products through networking, referrals, and channel development.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
Guide customers through the complete loan process, including documentation, processing, and approval.
Achieve individual sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
Collaborate with internal teams such as credit and risk for smooth loan approval and disbursement.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and regulatory updates.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
Education: Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in Home Loans, LAP, or Business Loans.
Strong knowledge of DSA & Banking Channels.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a competitive environment.
