About the Role:

We are hiring Relationship Managers to engage with existing insurance customers through outbound calls. This is not a hardcore sales role — instead, it focuses on building long-term customer relationships by informing them about available features and benefits of their existing policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing customers to share relevant policy updates and benefits

• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with customers

• Offer excellent service by addressing customer queries and guiding them effectively

• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the insurance industry (customer service, renewals, relationship management, or sales)

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

• Ability to engage and build rapport over calls

Shift Details:

• Work window: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (any 9-hour shift)

• Rotational week offs

• Female shift ends by 7:00 PM

Language Requirements & Openings:

• Hindi: 100 positions

• Bengali: 25 positions

• Marathi: 25 positions

• Telugu: 50 positions

• Tamil: 25 positions

Compensation:

• Hindi, Bengali, Marathi: ₹26,000 CTC | ₹24,000 Take Home

• Telugu, Tamil: ₹25,000 CTC | ₹23,000 Take Home
