Key Responsibilities
Drive and achieve quarterly sales targets with consistent focus on productivity and business development.
Develop and execute strategies for market penetration through direct and indirect marketing initiatives.
Manage, mentor, and support Relationship Officers at the branch to enhance overall performance.
Build, manage, and nurture relationships with channel partners to generate new customer leads.
Train and guide the team on brand positioning, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
Deliver efficient and customer-centric service to ensure long-term relationships.
Work towards building a creditworthy loan portfolio while minimizing risk.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum 6 months in Home Loans / LAP or combined product experience.
Ticket Size Exposure: Handling loan amounts up to ₹50 Lacs.
Strong sales orientation with proven track record in achieving targets.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
