The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, assisting them throughout their vehicle buying journey, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The role involves sales, after-sales support, and promoting customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with walk-in and referred customers to understand their needs

• Explain vehicle features, financing options, and value-added services

• Follow up with potential and existing customers to close sales

• Maintain customer records and update the CRM system regularly

• Coordinate with the service and delivery teams for smooth transactions

• Attend product trainings and stay updated on new models and offers
