Job description
· Delivering Budgeted Sales Volume & Profit for the Region by driving & motivating the team.
· Driving Dealer Network Expansion of right parties for our Brand PORTFOLIO in the geography through the team.
· Ensuring Engagement & Continuous Development of Team members by identifying the strengths & areas of improvement and by providing timely & constructive feedback in structured interactions.
· Driving Day to Day operations apart from business operations such as :Following up the collection of receivables from channel partners through team & AR team
· Coordinating with various cross functions for smooth day-to-day operations
· Facilitating the right working environment for the team by providing suggestions/ideas to the team.
· Helping the team in understanding the strategy, approach, culture & vision of the organization.
· Ensuring the right flow of information across levels of market intelligence (prices, competition activity, new ideas, etc.) to make the right decision across levels.
· Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
· Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
· Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
