Call and connect with customers daily to understand their IT security needs
Set up 10–15 web meetings per week with potential clients
Learn and talk about IT security solutions and services we offer
Understand and explain basic features of products like:
Palo Alto, Sophos, Trend Micro, ForcePoint, SonicWall
Thales, Google Mail, Tata Tele Lease Line
Cybersecurity services like VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing)
Identify sales opportunities and guide customers to the right solutions
Good English communication (spoken & basic written)
Any experience in customer-facing roles (telecalling, sales, or support) is a plus
Willingness to learn about technology and cybersecurity
A positive attitude and sales mindset
