Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or database
Explain project details, locations, pricing, and benefits to potential buyers
Follow up with leads regularly to convert into site visits or sales meetings
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
Maintain and update CRM with lead information and call status
Handle incoming queries and provide accurate information to clients
Build and maintain client relationships for future business opportunities
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all customer interactions
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Excellent communication skills in [Languages – English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil and Telugu]
Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is a plus
Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
Ability to persuade and handle rejection positively
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
