Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential buyers regarding residential plot/project options in Dehradun.
Explain project details, pricing, location benefits, and available inventory to clients.
Generate leads, nurture prospects, and schedule site visits for the on-ground sales team.
Maintain follow-ups with interested clients and convert enquiries into meetings.
Update lead status and client interactions in CRM on a daily basis.
Coordinate with sales team members for closures and documentation.
Achieve monthly targets related to calls, site visits, and conversions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle inbound/outbound calls confidently.
Basic understanding of real estate (training will be provided).
Good customer handling skills and follow-up discipline.
Minimum Qualification: Graduate preferred.
Proficiency in Hindi; basic English required.
