Position: Telecaller / Pre-Sales Executive (Real Estate)
📍 Location: Gaur city mall , Office Suite, Greater Noida West, UP

📌 Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Qualification: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for property viewings.
Client Communication: Provide detailed information about available properties, address client inquiries, and guide them through the initial stages of the sales process.
Appointment Scheduling: Set up site visits and meetings for the sales team, ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to viewing.
Database Management: Maintain and update customer information , ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Follow-ups & Relationship Building: Conduct regular follow-ups with leads, nurturing relationships to convert prospects into clients.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing pre-sales support, coordinating appointments, and facilitating smooth transactions.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to tailor communication strategies effectively.
🎯 Qualifications & Skills
Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass , Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years in telecalling or pre-sales, preferably in the real state.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and
English.
Personal Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
