Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate sales and team management. The ideal candidate will lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships. This role requires exceptional leadership, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of the sales team.
Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve and exceed them.
Monitor market trends and stay updated with property values and regulations.
Foster client relationships, provide excellent customer service, and resolve issues efficiently.
Coordinate with marketing to support lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.
Recruit and train new sales agents as needed.
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the local real estate market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and team-building abilities.
Valid real estate license (as per regional requirements).
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
