The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales and possess excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. You will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, and leading a team of sales executives.
Generate and manage leads through online/offline channels.
Guide potential buyers through site visits and project presentations.
Handle customer inquiries, provide property details, and follow up to close deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and project developments.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute sales campaigns.
Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Train, support, and motivate junior sales team members (if applicable).
1 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales or related field.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer proficiency.
