Position Overview:
Propshop is looking for a goal-oriented and performance-driven Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team, drive closures, and manage the complete sales lifecycle for our residential/commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have strong people management skills and a solid background in direct real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Team Management
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales executives.
Allocate daily/weekly targets and monitor individual and team performance.
Conduct regular coaching sessions and sales huddles to boost productivity.
🔹 Client Handling & Deal Closures
Manage client interactions from initial inquiry to final closure.
Conduct site visits and presentations to prospective buyers.
Negotiate effectively to convert leads into bookings.
🔹 Lead Management
Handle incoming leads from online portals, walk-ins, and in-house marketing campaigns.
Ensure timely follow-ups through CRM and maintain accurate sales records.
Maximize conversion ratio by driving prompt and professional customer engagement.
🔹 Sales Reporting
Maintain and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
Provide actionable feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and pricing insights.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 4–7 years of experience in real estate sales, with proven team handling capabilities.
Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s Degree)
MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred (not mandatory)
