Job Brief: Sales Executive – Real Estate
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing real estate firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, meeting potential clients, conducting site visits, and closing deals, while maintaining strong client relationships.
Generate leads through various online and offline channels.
Meet potential customers, understand their property requirements, and provide suitable options.
Conduct site visits and presentations for prospective clients.
Negotiate and finalize deals in alignment with the company’s business objectives.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Keep updated records of sales activity, client data, and market trends.
Coordinate with internal teams for post-sales processes and customer documentation.
Maintain data to prepare reports for the management team to plan marketing and sales activities.
Education: Must be a Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably in real estate, insurance, or related industries).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Good command of English, Hindi, and local languages as applicable.
Well-versed with MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
