Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Asst Manager Marketing and Sales to join our dynamic team. This multifaceted role blends sales, marketing, across residential and commercial properties, with the ultimate goal of driving business growth, enhancing client experience, and streamlining real estate operations in the Mumbai/Navi Mumbai market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement of integrated marketing and sales strategies for property projects.
Create lead generation activities across online and offline channels.
Client Interaction and Negotiation.
Work alongside Marketing agencies.
Track lead generation effectiveness.
Conduct market research on competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to inform both marketing and sales approaches.
Assist in organizing promotional events, property launches, and engage with potential clients.
Track and report on the performance of marketing and sales initiatives, providing insights for optimization..
Contribute to CRM data management and ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in real estate sector
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
Familiarity with Mumbai/Navi Mumbai real estate landscape.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and online real estate portals.
