PropManthan is seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Tathwade. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating client relationships, showcasing properties, and closing sales deals. This role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping clients find their perfect property.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Actively identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels (online portals, networking, referrals, cold calling, site visits, events, etc.).
Maintain and expand a database of prospective clients.
* Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships based on trust and understanding.
Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client requirements and preferences.
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the property buying process.
* Property Presentation & Sales:
Present property options to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and investment potential.
Conduct site visits and property tours effectively.
Negotiate sales terms and conditions to achieve favorable outcomes for both clients and the company.
Prepare and process all necessary documentation for sales transactions (agreements, invoices, etc.).
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets consistently.
* Market Research & Analysis:
Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, competitor activities, and legal regulations, especially within the Tathwade and surrounding areas.
Provide feedback to the management on market conditions and client preferences.
* Post-Sales Support:
Ensure smooth handover processes and address any post-sales queries or concerns.
Foster long-term client satisfaction and encourage referrals.
* Reporting & Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records in the CRM system.
Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
* Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales, preferably within the real estate sector.
* Familiarity with the Tathwade real estate market is a significant advantage.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Strong sales acumen with a results-driven approach.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as per business needs.
* Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred for site visits.
* Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is highly desirable.
