Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales BDM to lead and motivate our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Set sales targets and develop sales strategies
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales BDM or similar role
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and trends
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Candidate should be proactive & punctual.
