Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
1–5 years of sales experience (Real Estate experience preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle clients confidently and close deals.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM tools.
