Department: Sales & Marketing, Reports To: Sales Head / GM – Sales

Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in real estate or high-value sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.

• Handle direct client interactions, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

• Manage broker/channel partner networks and generate business through tie-ups.

• Track competitor activities, market trends, and provide insights to management.

• Train, motivate, and monitor the performance of sales executives.

• Prepare regular MIS reports on sales performance and pipeline.

• Maintain excellent relationships with clients to ensure repeat/referral business.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• 3–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate / financial products / insurance / hospitality.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and inspire a team.

Compensation

• Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month (depending on experience)
