Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, or industrial real estate.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, property values, and client needs.
Manage a portfolio of properties, including listings, showings, negotiations, and contracts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, developers, landlords, and other stakeholders.
Prepare and present property proposals and investment reports to clients.
Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth transactions.
Stay up to date with real estate regulations, zoning laws, and property tax laws.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the management team.
Experience in commercial or luxury real estate (if applicable).
Familiarity with real estate investment analysis.
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
