Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through networking, site visits, referrals, and other channels.

• Conduct client meetings and explain project details, features, pricing, and investment benefits.

• Manage and coordinate client site visits with professionalism.

• Negotiate and close property deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.

• Keep track of competitor activities, market trends, and new opportunities.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM records.

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

• Confident personality with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).

• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM software.
