We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Salesperson to join our team in Ujjain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving property sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Identify, connect, and follow up with potential buyers and sellers.
Present, promote, and market properties to clients effectively.
Conduct property visits and explain features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve individual and team targets.
Maintain a strong network of property owners, builders, and investors.
Stay updated on local property trends, pricing, and legal requirements.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions.
Provide excellent after-sales support to build long-term client relationships.
Graduate in any discipline (Real Estate/Marketing background preferred).
Proven experience in real estate sales or related field is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
Basic knowledge of Ujjain’s real estate market will be an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.
