We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Sales Executive for our real estate business operating in Karanjade and Panvel. The ideal candidate should be familiar with the local area and capable of handling site visits, client follow-ups, and closing sales.
Actively manage client inquiries and site visits.
Follow up with potential buyers and convert leads into sales.
Coordinate with brokers as well as direct clients.
Keep track of available inventory and explain project details.
Maintain a professional and trustworthy relationship with clients.
Work on-ground in Karanjade and surrounding areas.
Preferred candidates from Karanjade, Panvel, or nearby areas.
Should have good communication skills and a presentable personality.
Previous experience in real estate sales is a plus but not mandatory.
Should be comfortable with local travel.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Fixed Monthly Salary (Discussed during interview)
₹7,000 incentive per flat sold (Whether the deal is direct or via broker)
