Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Project Sales head/Sales Associate to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find the right property solutions. You will play a key role in generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals for a mandate project near South Bangalore with a professional knowledge about real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
· Proven Experience in Real estate sales, Farmland sales experience can be an advantage
· Meet with clients to understand their needs and guide them through property options
· Conduct property tours and presentations
· Present and promote real estate projects effectively to potential buyers.
· Create and deliver compelling presentations on various real estate properties.
· Generate and review sales and financial reports regularly
· Negotiate deals and ensure a smooth closing process
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
· Collaborate with marketing and management teams to ensure brand consistency and sales targets are met
· Provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline updates
· Actively seek out and identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits
· Knowledge about real estate registration and documentation process and requirements.
Key Requirements:
· Any Graduate
· Proven experience as a sales Associate or similar role in real estate
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
· Good knowledge of local real estate markets and property trends
· Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
· Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
· Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends
· Great convincing skills
· Highest client conversion ratio
