The Sales Promoter will represent Apple inside designated retail stores. He will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional product demonstrations, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Achieve monthly sales targets for iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, Watches, and accessories.
Proactively engage with walk-in customers and convert inquiries into sales.
Drive upselling and cross-selling of Apple accessories (AirPods, chargers, AppleCare+, cases, etc.).
Demonstrate Apple products with complete knowledge of features, models, and benefits.
Help customers compare products and make informed purchase decisions.
Ensure a premium customer experience aligned with Apple brand standards.
Maintain Apple display counters as per brand guidelines.
Ensure demo units are clean, functional, updated, and fully charged.
Arrange and maintain store branding materials (posters, stands, marketing props).
Check daily stock availability of Apple products in the store.
Coordinate with store staff and ASM for timely stock replenishment.
Minimize the chance of stock-outs on fast-moving SKUs.
Share regular updates on competitor pricing, offers, and footfall.
Observe store and customer trends to identify sales opportunities.
Report on customer preferences and feedback.
Submit Daily Sales Report (DSR) with accurate model-wise sales.
Log store working hours, demos, and customer interactions.
Escalate product or store issues promptly.
Maintain strong relations with store owners, managers, and staff.
Support store teams during promotions, festival offers, and new launches.
Represent Apple professionally at all times.
Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Conversion rate from demo to sale.
Attach rate of accessories (AirPods, cases, AppleCare+, etc.).
Customer satisfaction and positive feedback.
Number of effective demos conducted.
Quality of product explanation and engagement.
Apple display maintenance score.

100% timely submission of DSR.

12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
1–3 years of experience in mobile sales or retail promotion (Apple priority).
Strong communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
Good knowledge of smartphones and technology.
Willing to work in assigned stores with rotational shifts.
