We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Project Sales Manager to drive B2B sales of our products to builders, architects, contractors, interior designers, and project consultants. The role involves identifying projects, generating leads, managing relationships, and closing sales for a wide range of project supply items like Electricals, Tiles, Bathware, Sanitaryware, and Furniture.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, track, and follow up on ongoing and upcoming residential and commercial projects
Develop and manage business relationships with builders, architects, contractors, PMC agencies, and real estate developers
Conduct product presentations, site visits, and technical discussions with clients
Prepare and negotiate project quotations, commercial offers, and agreements
Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads into orders
Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, dispatch, delivery, and after-sales service
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and project pipeline goals
Maintain updated records in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing intelligence
Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry meets
Proven experience in project sales or B2B sales (preferred from electricals, tiles, bathware, or interior industry)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong networking with industry professionals (architects, builders, designers)
Good understanding of project cycles, tendering process, and BOQ handling
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
